77 – 1st Year

Today I’m celebrating my 1st Year of Piano.

On the 20th of March 2011 I was taking my first piano lesson. Ioi.

8 – Un autre été

Yesterday was one of the sweetest of 2012. Started the day early morning with my piano lesson.

Played ‘Yesterday’ and I think it’s about time I recorded it.

And I started something new: Yann Tiersen – Comptine d’un autre été.

I would never have thought in highschool (when I first saw the film) that I will actually play Comptine. Someday…Well, Yesterday I fell in love with this beautiful piece. I played it in my head all day looooong.

6 – My Prelude to Yiruma

Here it is. My Prelude to Yiruma – River flows in you. Bonus – Promenade by Richard Clayderman.

I’m glad that I finally got to make a video of this prelude because The ‘River’ is killing me softly. Tried to do my best but I think I need more flow and joy. And I think I have to grow a little bit more to play The River.

We will see very soon how the saddest ones sound when I play them. It’s all about my ego and the way it echoes to the sheet music.

In 2012, I’m wearing Russian Red

This New Year’s Eve carries some sweet memories for me. There are too sweet to be kept for my ego.

This New Year’s Eve showed up at my door just the way winter used to surprise me with its first snowflakes back then… in Vulcan. First, I had an appointment with a very beautiful, seductive, cool Black Sea.

Afterwards, The New Year’s Eve brought a mix of ideas, feelings and experiences in Major Notes. And I even made on the spot one of my resolutions for 2012: buying an opener for women.

And all because of Rome.

Russian Red is the stage name of Lourdes Hernández. The name Russian Red comes from the colour of a lipstick that Hernández herself usually wears.

And I decided that this year I will be wearing Rrrrrrrrussian Red.
